Our staff training and development program is progressing with great momentum. Recently, our team participated in an insightful session led by InnerDrive, an organization renowned for its expertise in educational psychology and cognitive science. The session focused on Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction, a research-based framework for effective teaching, as well as the latest findings in cognitive science. These concepts are being integrated to further refine teaching strategies, aiming to optimize student learning outcomes and create a more engaging and effective classroom environment.
