Would you like to join a vibrant and friendly training company who have been established in Gloucester for 30 years and based in the heart of the city centre? Bridge Training Ltd are looking for motivated, inspirational individuals who have the specialist skills we require.

We welcome applications from non-qualified and qualified staff who can inspire, transform, and change young people’s lives (aged between 14-19) through education. As part of the Bridge Training team, you will help develop a strong programme that meets the needs of the students and the Bridge Training curriculum via the Study Programme and bespoke learning packages.

If you do not hold any relevant qualifications, then Bridge Training offers a Mentoring Programme to help you achieve this.

Role Overview
Working as a teacher within the Bridge Training Ltd provision, you will deliver Maths and English to young people aged 14–19 from Entry 3 to Level 2. You will develop an industry-aligned programme that meets learner needs and the Bridge Training curriculum. Be responsible for the planning, teaching and assessment while providing engaging, project-based, real-world learning experiences that support learners’ progression and achievement. Our classes are small and supported by a Teaching Partner.

We are seeking a compassionate professional, who is experienced in supporting and motivating disengaged young people, to join our Inclusion team at Bridge Training. This role provides direct, hands-on support to learners who require additional assistance outside of the classroom to successfully engage with their education, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals.

The Inclusion Mentor will deliver high-quality, targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions designed to enhance inclusion, wellbeing, resilience, and work-readiness.

We are seeking a compassionate professional, who is experienced in supporting and motivating disengaged young people, to join our NEET team at Bridge Training.

This role provides direct, hands-on support to young people who are currently Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) who have been referred to Bridge Training as part of our range of programmes and pathways designed to re-engage with education and training.

NEET Engagement Mentor

To support and enhance the quality of teaching, learning, assessment and all professional practice across Bridge Training Ltd through a coaching-led approach. The role will deliver teacher training up to Level 5 and the Assessor Award, while working alongside colleagues across all functions to develop their skills, confidence, knowledge and impact on learner outcomes.

This role is focused on professional growth rather than performance management, embedding a positive culture of reflective practice, continuous improvement, collaboration and lifelong learning. The postholder will support the development of staff capability across the organisation, identifying and nurturing talent, promoting career progression, and ensuring colleagues have access to high-quality coaching,
mentoring and professional development opportunities.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and learner-focused Employability Coach to support students in developing the knowledge, skills, behaviours, and confidence required to succeed in the workplace. Working closely with curriculum and support teams, the Employability Coach will deliver targeted employability interventions, helping learners become work-ready through practical skills development, coaching, and real-world
