Mark Harrod, said: “Bridge Training is an education provider for young people aged 14 to 19 years old, who have not reached their true potential, whether that is socially, emotionally or they have not achieved the desired level of learning they require to move towards adulthood. I am incredibly fortunate to work with a fantastically talented and dedicated team of educators who work hard to break down the barriers that have stopped our students from achieving. For many years we have seen how young people do not excel within large environments and this has only been further exacerbated by the pandemic. We, as a team were incredibly proud that the most recent OSTED inspection could see that the care, support and learning opportunities are truly making a difference to everyone that has the desire to learn and move towards a brighter future. Having four OFSTED inspectors turn up with just one days’ notice is an incredibly stressful time for both the students and the staff, and we are so very proud that our staff and students showed that our educational offer does work and is making a difference. Bridge Training is proud and pleased that we sustained our ‘Good’ rating.
