Would you like to join a vibrant and friendly training company who have been established in Gloucester for 30 years and based in the heart of the city centre? Bridge Training Ltd are looking for motivated, inspirational individuals who have the specialist skills we require.

We welcome applications from non-qualified and qualified staff who can inspire, transform, and change young people’s lives (aged between 14-19) through education. As part of the Bridge Training team, you will help develop a strong programme that meets the needs of the students and the Bridge Training curriculum via the Study Programme and bespoke learning packages.

If you do not hold any relevant qualifications, then Bridge Training offers a Mentoring Programme to help you achieve this.

This role involves working closely with the head of safeguarding and wider safeguarding team to ensure a robust culture of safeguarding is upheld across the entire organisation, and any concerns are recognised and responded to in a timely manner.

Main Duties:

We are seeking an Attendance Officer to join our team at Bridge Training. This role provides essential administrative, data, and coordination support to monitor and improve learner attendance and punctuality across the organisation.

The Attendance Officer will maintain accurate records, follow up absences, identify trends, and work closely with learners, staff, and parents/carers where appropriate to remove barriers to engagement and ensure learners receive the support they need to attend consistently and achieve their full potential.
